The Team Behind Implementation Excellence

Euan James is an implementation manager specialised in strategic and project management and business analytics. With over a decade of experience, he has successfully led the implementation of several multi-million-dollar projects. His core belief that efficient systems drive success has propelled him towards a result-oriented career defined by measurable outcomes.

Euan has given his services for over sixteen years in various positions at the NCCU, three years with the Government of Dominica as a Housing Coordinator helping in the recovery process post Hurricane Maria, lectured Project Management both online and with UWI, and served four years as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Co-operative Credit Union Ltd — where he served two years as Treasurer and one year as President.

Euan holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Arden University, England, and attained the internationally renowned certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. He is currently pursuing certification as a Business Analyst and a Programme Manager.
